The Unit Quality and Strategic Planning Commission of the Vocational School of Information Technologies held a meeting within the scope of the institution’s quality processes and planning activities.

During the meeting, ongoing efforts to enhance quality assurance practices were reviewed; methods, work plans, and task allocations that would contribute to achieving strategic goals were discussed. Views were also exchanged on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes.

Within the scope of the agenda, preparations for the upcoming graduation ceremony were also evaluated. Planning of the ceremony, designation of responsible staff, student participation procedures, and the program flow were discussed. Decisions were made to ensure the necessary coordination for the ceremony to be conducted in an orderly and smooth manner.

The meeting is expected to contribute to strengthening the vocational school’s quality processes and to the successful execution of the graduation ceremony.
