Internship Procedures
Announcement Regarding the Internship Logbook Submission Process
Students who have completed their internship are required to submit their internship logbooks to the department office in exchange for a signature. Since the evaluation of the internship will be based on this logbook, the student is fully responsible for submitting it completely and without omissions.
Important Note: The internship logbook must be submitted bound after being prepared in the following order:
1- Internship Logbook Cover
2-General Information About the Internship
3-Internship Logbook Pages (Each day of the internship should be documented on at least one page)
Additionally;
The Internship Supervisor Evaluation Form and the Internship Attendance Sheet must be completed by the institution/company where the internship was conducted and submitted together with the internship logbook in a sealed envelope.
