Academic Performance Evaluation Committee Meeting Held

The Academic Performance Evaluation Committee meeting was held to assess the activities and work of the academic staff serving within our unit for the year 2025.

During the meeting, the teaching and instructional activities, scientific publications, projects, academic advising work, administrative duties, and community engagement of our academics were discussed. Within the framework of relevant regulations and our university’s performance criteria, opinions and recommendations aimed at enhancing academic productivity were shared.

The committee members evaluated potential actions to strengthen a quality-focused educational approach, support scientific productivity, and increase the number of projects. In addition, plans to ensure the sustainability of strengths and to improve areas with development potential were discussed.

Following the exchange of views, it was decided that the resolutions would be documented and submitted to senior management, and the meeting was concluded.
