The LIFT UP Project, implemented by TOMTAŞ Aviation, one of Turkey's established brands in the aviation sector, is launching as a significant training and career program aimed at developing young people as qualified human resources in the aviation and defense industries.

Based in Kayseri, the project will support university students and recent graduates with technical training, mentoring programs, sector-focused applications, and career development activities. The project aims to strengthen university-industry collaboration and better prepare students for the sector.

The LIFT UP Project aims to:

• Increase the technical knowledge and skills of participants in the aviation sector;
• Gain practical experience through real-world industry projects;
• Provide opportunities to work one-on-one with experts in the field.

This project, which will significantly contribute to Kayseri's rising position in the aviation and defense industry, also aims to increase employment opportunities for young talents in the region.
