To highlight the societal value of the engineering profession, which plays a leading role in shaping the field of Information Technologies, a special event was organized at our Vocational School as part of the Engineers’ Day celebrations on December 5.

During the event, talks were delivered on the role of information technologies in societal transformation, recent developments in artificial intelligence applications, and the sector’s expectations for the future. Our department’s academic staff emphasized that the engineering profession encompasses not only technical expertise but also a perspective of responsibility, ethics, and social benefit. At the end of the event, it was expressed that engineering will continue to lead innovative thinking in every field.

As the Vocational School of Information Technologies, we congratulate all engineers on Engineers’ Day and wish continued success to all our colleagues who contribute to our country’s technological advancement.
