Within the scope of the Social Transcript Directive, approved and enacted by our University Senate, the application process for the 2025-2026 Academic Year has begun to document the scientific, social, cultural, artistic, sporting, social contribution, and volunteer activities in which our students participate, in addition to their academic activities.

📅 Application and Evaluation Schedule:

NOTE: Students must log in to sis.kayseri.edu.tr with their student number and password and submit their applications via the Social Transcript > Activity Application section.

Evaluation

Applications will be evaluated under the chairmanship of the Social Transcript Evaluation Committee Chair, with the participation of the committee members.
