The İŞKUR Youth Programme, launched to improve university students’ employability, help them develop work discipline, and provide them with work experience without interrupting their education, is now accepting applications.

The programme aims to enhance students’ knowledge and skills in areas such as individual career counselling, job searching, financial literacy, CV preparation, and interview techniques. 

Application and Programme Schedule

Application Dates: 26 October 2026 – 30 October 2026

Participant Selection Method and Date: Notary-supervised lottery on 4 November 2026

Programme Dates: 16 November 2026 – 30 June 2027

Programme Quota: 2,843 participants

Who Can Apply?

The programme is open to students enrolled in associate degree, undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programmes at state universities.

Working Conditions

Students selected for the programme will work on university or faculty campus premises as of 16 November 2026. Working hours are limited to a maximum of 3 days per week and 7.5 hours per day.

Participants will receive a daily payment of TRY 1,375 for each day worked under the programme.

Announcement of Results

The participant selection results will be communicated to students selected through the notary-supervised lottery via SMS by their respective universities or faculties.

Applicants should ensure that their address and contact information registered in the İŞKUR system is up to date before applying.
