For a student who is unable to attend the midterm exam(s) at the date and time determined by their program to be considered excused, Article 7 of Kayseri University’s Principles and Procedures on Justified and Valid Reasons is taken as the basis.

Students who meet the requirements and wish to apply for a make-up exam are required to submit their petitions, along with supporting documents, within five (5) academic (working) days following the occurrence of the excuse.
