Applied Soldering Training for Vocational School of Information Technologies Students within the Scope of the İşkur Youth Program

As part of the İŞKUR (Turkish Employment Agency) Youth Program, hands-on soldering training was held at the Information Technologies Vocational School for students receiving vocational and technical education.

The training provided students with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience on fundamental topics such as identifying electronic circuit elements, using soldering tools safely and correctly, and pre-soldering. The workshop, conducted in a workshop environment, provided students with the opportunity to put their learning into practice by creating their own simple cubes.

The soldering training aimed to develop students' technical skills and prepare them for the labor market as more well-equipped individuals. It also contributed to the development of essential professional competencies such as teamwork, attention, and problem-solving. Participants expressed their satisfaction with the event, stating that it was both educational and motivating.

Such hands-on training not only supports students' professional development but also contributes to the training of qualified technical personnel needed by the labor market.
