As part of their technical education, the students of the Autonomous Systems Technician Program in the Department of Electronics and Automation at our Vocational School of Information Technologies, together with academic staff, conducted a technical visit to the Turkish State Railways (TCDD) to examine railway systems on-site and gain sector-specific knowledge.

During the visit, our students had the opportunity to gain detailed information about railway infrastructure, signaling systems, and maintenance processes. The presentations delivered by the technical team were particularly beneficial, allowing students to put their theoretical knowledge into practice effectively.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to EST Chief Mr. Mustafa TÜRKMEN and Electrical-Electronics Engineer Mr. Fazıl Erkan EROL for their warm welcome and for sharing their valuable knowledge with us throughout the visit. Thanks to their hospitality and guidance, the technical trip proved to be both productive and educational.

As a vocational school of information technologies, we will continue to strengthen our collaboration with the industry and enhance our students' hands-on experience in the field.
