As part of the Entrepreneurship and Career Planning course at our school, Osman ÖZCAN, the Regional Access, Planning, and Investment Manager of Türk Telekom Kayseri and one of the experienced professionals in the sector, shared valuable insights with students about his career journey and experiences in professional life.

Throughout the event, key points to consider during the recruitment process, strategies that enhance success in interviews, and essential qualities sought in entrepreneurship were emphasized. Mr. Osman particularly highlighted the significant advantages that developing oneself in the fields of technology and artificial intelligence provides in today’s business world.

He emphasized to the students that innovative thinking, problem-solving, digital literacy, and continuous learning skills play an important role in career planning. The event contributed to raising students’ awareness of industry expectations and helped them shape their future career goals more consciously.

At the end of the program, a certificate of appreciation was presented to Osman ÖZCAN by Lecturer Fatma ÇAKIROĞLU for his contributions. The students thanked Mr. Osman for his interest and support, and left the event with great satisfaction.
